 As a third generation REALTOR, I literally grew up in the
business.  As a very young child I would
go with my dad on Saturday mornings to the office to work with him on the
design of development projects and the maintenance of properties managed by my
family's business.  This early start gave
me a tremendous knowledge of how commercial real estate should operate. 

I took this knowledge with me as I went off to college locally at Gonzaga University.
 My bachelor's degree, majoring in
economics and minoring in finance, included my pre-licensing education for my
Washington real estate sales license.  Immediately upon graduation I took and passed
my licensure exam and by that July had my license in both Washington and Idaho. 





For over 18 years now I have specialized in the development, management and
sales of commercial property, including industrial, retail, hospitality, and
multifamily. 





2012 has been a productive year. In just the past year I have been able to help
multiple property owners turn around their struggling investment properties and
sell them for a profit.  I also have been
able to help several property owners that were upside down get out of the
property they were in by negotiating with creditors in order to help get those
properties sold.

I live in Hayden Lake, ID with my wife and three young
daughters, and when I am not working I spend as much time as is possible with
them in the great outdoors of North Idaho!
